Yes. Either model, no contract, no penalty. If you cancel, we export all your data (leads, clients, estimates, history) as CSV files and hand it over. Your data is always yours. We don't believe in contractual lock-in — we believe in building something so useful you'd never want to leave.

You own all your data — always. The system itself (code, infrastructure, hosting) is owned and maintained by Krawllier. Think of it like renting a fully furnished office versus building your own: you get all the benefits without the maintenance headache.

Your data is stored in a dedicated database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and row-level security. Each client gets their own isolated environment — your data is never mixed with anyone else's.

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted data at rest, row-level security policies, automated backups, and uptime monitoring. Your data is treated with the same care as a financial institution's.

We export everything (leads, clients, estimates, invoices, history) as CSV/JSON files and send it to you. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to transition. After that, it's permanently deleted from our systems.
